Service Description

With the Louisville fires fresh in memory, we are reminded of the possibility of a minor emergency such as a home fire, or a major emergency such as a wide-scale fire, flood, or extended power outage. How will we protect our loved ones? This one-hour zoom presentation touches on all aspects of emergency preparedness with links to go deeper. It comes with a workbook (in pdf or Word) in which to tailor your individual plan. Presentation lasts 40 minutes with extra time for question and answer. Our presenter will be Amelia Iraheta at City and County of Denver's Office of Emergency Management. Her professional and academic background is in emergency preparedness and international humanitarian response.
