Service Description

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction combines mindfulness, meditation, body awareness and gentle yoga to awaken the brain to the here and now. This approach has proven beneficial to physical and mental health . The course will combine presentation and exercises meant to help participants understand and experience mindfulness. No previous background is necessary to receive benefits. Julia Russomanno is a practicing psychotherapist in Arizona. She specializes in the treatment of trauma related issues and teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Registered participants receive a Zoom link prior to the class.
