Service Description

Join us for a walking tour of the public art on the Aurora Municipal Campus led by Roberta Bloom, artist & Public Art Supervisor. Featured works include "Dawn Ring" & "The Iconic Light of Dawn" "7/20 Memorial" in honor of those lost & wounded in Aurora Theater Shooting "Field of Blue" at the Police Officers' Memorial "Twin Totems". & "Sun Shell" a highly accurate sun dial "The Courthouse Panel" & "One Nation" "The Enchantment of Reading" & "Sun Rise" Plus additional pieces inside the building. Tour should take about 90 minutes. Wear comfortable walking shoes & dress appropriately for the weather. Roberta Bloom is the Cultural Services Manager and Public Art Supervisor for the City of Aurora. She holds an MFA in Visual Arts and has worked as an artist, educator, and program manager for over 40 years.
