Scholarship Recommendation Form

Recommendation Form for all RECCS Scholarship Applications​

 

Enter:

​

  • Email address

  • Choose one scholarship type

  • Enter student's last and first names

  • Upload letter of recommendation (no more than one page)

  • Include examples which indicate your personal knowledge and interaction with the student

  • Enter  your name, position and student's school's name

 

Submit recommendation

Transcript Drop for all RECCS Scholarship Applications
Recommendation Form (if including)

  • Enter student's last and first name

  • School student attending

  • Scholarship student requesting

  • Upload transcript

  • Enter SAT/ACT Scores (if applicable)

  • STOP HERE AND MOVE FORWARD TO SUBMIT IF NOT INCLUDING LETTER OF RECCOMENDATION

  • Upload letter of recommendation (no more than one page - if including)

  • Include examples which indicate your personal knowledge and interaction with the student
