Service Description

Research shows that everyday habits you build today can help protect your memory and thinking in the future, and even reduce the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. Changing one habit has a ripple effect on others. Even small actions add up to big improvements. Building Brain-Healthy Habits is an educational program presented by the Alzheimer's Association. In this session you will: 1. Learn about healthy habits for your brain (e.g. exercise, healthy eating) 2. Hear how brain health affects all ages 3. Build a personalized action plan for brain-healthy habits. Bobbie D'Addario is a Senior Program Manager with the Alzheimer's Association, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. At the Alzheimer's Association, she leads programs that provide education, resources, and hope for families navigating the challenges of dementia. Known for her warmth, humor, and ability to inspire, she continues to champion both volunteers and professionals in their efforts to make a lasting difference. Fremont Building, 14603 E.
