"The Last Picture Show" is a film classic that was based on a novel by Larry McMurtry. The film stars Timothy Bottoms, Jeff Bridges, Cybill Shepherd and Cloris Leachman and was directed by Peter Bogdanovich. The story deals with the boredom in small-town life though many aspects of this film were controversial. Film will be introduced by our resident film historian Don Hart who will lead the discussion afterward. The Forum is located inside the Koelbel Library ( 5955 South Holly Street, Centennial, 80121). Theater seats 39 people, so sign up early to make sure you get a seat.
